Our product is Property Validator, a mobile app that helps buyers carry out their own due diligence before committing money to a property.
Property purchases in India fail for reasons that are knowable in advance — an unconverted title, a missing occupancy certificate, a B-khata property sold as A-khata, agricultural land that cannot legally be sold to the buyer in front of them. Property Validator asks the questions that surface those problems, and says plainly when something is a blocker rather than burying it in a score.

A fatal legal defect stops the assessment. It is not averaged away against a good location.
What has not been established is reported as unknown, not assumed to be fine and not asserted as a defect.
